It isn't just CW...it's the dealer service network in general. Most RV's are bought long distance...dealers know this...so there's no concern for the buyer. It's partly the buyer's faults. It's like the cheap old man with the two day growth on his face that shows up at a shop with his own parts he bought for cheap, asking the garage to put them on for him...or the guy that shows up with his own oil and filter, etc. If I were a dealer and the guy down the street went three states away to beat my price by a few hundred dollars...I wouldn't jump through hoops to help him with service issues. When the manufacturer's start holding the dealer's hands closer to the fire to service their buyers or loose their products, things may change. It has nothing to do with build quality. There was a day when AOR (Area of Responsibility) meant something to dealers...no one is loyal anymore.
