Help with troubleshooting the relay between the converter and batteries

Can anyone help me troubleshoot the relay between the converter and the batteries? The converter is working and sending power to the relay and the wiring from the relay to the battery checks out fine. The problem is when I hook up to shore power, the relay won't switch and allow the converter to charge the batteries. My batteries are sitting at 12.5 volts which will not allow me to raise the jacks. What I'm trying to figure out is if its the circuit board on the relay or the relay itself.Click image for larger version

Some basic questions:

- Did you make sure you are on "Use" and not "Store"
- Did you check the two fuses right there in your picture? (At left)

Start the engine, leave it in park and release the parking brake. This will ALWAYS raise the jacks unless there is a jack motor or fluid problem. It is in the jack's operation instructions - trouble shooting area.

Solved it. I had a bad battery jumper wire between my two batteries. Thank you thor customer support.
