Thor Magnitude Outdoor Sink won't Drain

I have a 2020 SV34 and the outdoor kitchen sink won't drain. I found the switch to turn on the drain pump, but it doesn't do anything. No blown fuses in the camper.

Try giving the faucet a bit of a twist: that might trigger it.

Check for 12V at the switch and then at the pump. Has it ever worked? Also, the pump should drain the sink’s dedicated gray tank and doesn’t affect the drain itself.
