Upgrade to LED headlamp assemblies on Omni XG32 now relay chatters

I upgraded the crappy Ford halogen headlamp assemblies with MiroMoto LED headlamp assemblies.
Now there is a relay under the center of the dash that chatters when the Motorhome ignition is on.
With the the motorhome ignition off and switching the headlight on and off the relay functions correctly with a strong 12V signal and a solid 0V ground. Relay turn on and off with headlights.
With the ignition turned on but not running the relay chatters when the headlights are turned on. Voltage at the relay is 7V. Ground side remains at 0V
When the motorhome is running and headlights off the relay chatters when placed into D.
Does anyone know what this relay function is?
I guess my next step is to follow the wires and try to figure out how it could be getting 7V instead of 12V

Maybe it is feeding the DRL?

Does the problem go away when you go back and plug in the Ford headlights?
If it is factory Ford relay and the problem goes away when you reconnect the Ford halogen lights, it could be the LED driver in the Miromoto unit. Maybe try one side at a time.

I just added 5.75 inch round JW Speaker LED assemblies to replace our very poor factory lights. It was bolt on and plug in.

Maybe DRL on the old Ford headlamps.
The 7V is on the control signal of the relay. I am not sure why the control signal would drop down so low. I could understand the output of the relay when activated to be a lower voltage for DRLs.
I did not think to measure the voltage coming out of the relay when activated.
The DRL on the new LED headlamps work as expected even when the relay is removed. But there was a power tap added to power the DRLs for the LED headlamps.

Sure, I just happen to remember someone on here had a problem like it so I used the search at the top of the page and found it. I'm also on the Jayco forum because I had a class C from Jayco before
