At end of this video he also mentions additional floorplans to be released, and many by brand names. I was disappointed not to hear Axis or Vegas brands. When Thor reduced Axis to 4 floorplans, I thought for sure they were preparing to add a new one. Guess I was wrong.
One of these two new floorplans has a full-wall slide, and the other one two slides. That’s obviously the trend based on market demand. For me it’s unfortunate, but understand the demand.
I do like the narrow dinette in the Sprinter motorhome (24SX). I’d like to know just how narrow they made it, because a 2-person dinette like that in many motorhomes would eliminate the need for it to be in a slide, while still providing plenty of room to move around.
As discussed in Super-C Video thread, the 24SX doesn’t look like it could sleep a couple without extending rear slide, or use most of the kitchen without dinette slide being extended. Seems very nice for camping, but not ideal for touring.
Thanks again for posting these videos.

Yeah I think there is more to come as that dealer only show is supposed to be running all week. I'll check later today for more.
Perhaps they are going to pull a "oh and there is one more thing" like Apple used to do and surprise us with a "Chance recommended" Axis/Vegas floorplan LOL right at the end. I would also like to see something new for the Axis/Vegas family.

We were originally considering a Transit Chassis based RUV. It appears that Thor is doing a nice job of improving them.
And Jamie: Thanks for these videos!

The challenge all manufacturers have with Transit chassis is that they are limited to something like 10,360 pounds GVWR (going from memory?), which doesn’t leave much cargo capacity when they build it with a full wall slide.
It’s a great length and also narrow, so parking in regular spots may be very possible by backing in with tail hanging over a curb. Being able to travel into cities, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. without need of a toad is key in my opinion for small motorhomes in this size range. In that respect it’s got a lot going for it.

It's a bit like trying to get an NFL Defensive Lineman into a size 36 short tuxedo...
Yet they keep managing to do it!

At 12:07 at the overhead cap he says..."you don't want any seams in here...seams gives it a place to catch wind and water"...he will eat those words a thousand times over for the models that still have seams in the overhead cap.

He can always quote those famous words: "Specifications are subject to change without prior notification".
He's probably practicing them in the bathroom mirror right now!

Yeah, I caught that too. The one piece molded fiberglass front caps must cost a lot more because they mostly use them on higher-cost Sprinter motorhomes. Years ago Thor manufactured some Chateau on Ford chassis that had molded front caps, but I don’t see them any longer (maybe I’m just not seeing them).
For what it’s worth, many of the Cruise America rentals manufactured by Thor had the molded front caps. They looked much cleaner and aerodynamic as well.

But if you think about it: you only need to hit one stout tree branch that hangs too low...
And then; they're all about the same again.

If worried about hitting anything, maybe a VW Westfalia is a better choice.

The Super C's still have the one piece molded front cap...I think it's a cost issue.
