Tellaro charge problem

The green light on my 30Amp cord is on but when I plug it into my RV the blue light does not illuminate and it is not taking a charge. Any ideas? I always have power ran through an Hughes Autoformer surge protector. Couldn’t find anything that is tripped.

Tellaro Charge Problem and Shore Power

The shore power cable that came with my Tellaro has a blue light on the RV end. The surge protector has red LED indications. When I plug into the RV, the blue light on the shore power connector cover also comes on, telling me that everything is connected.
When we got our walk-through, the Service Dept guy tripped the charger twice. I never have, but if the charger is the only 110 V circuit not working, that may be something to check. The access panel is a pain.

Tellaro Charge Problem

I've been giving this some thought. If the blue light on the shore power cord is lit, and the blue light on the coach receptacle isn't, there may be a loose connection on the incoming 110V. While I was rooting around that area, tracing plumbing for winterizing, I bumped a wire for the water pump, and the wire fell out of one end of the splice. I'm glad I was home for that one. I haven't inspected the incoming 110V line, but that might be something to check. It may be right at the bulkhead connector on the incoming power receptacle.
