Glad that you were able to find the right rig for you.

We traded our Thor 29M for a tiffin allegro open road. Same F53 with the Triton V10. But the Tiffin is a much better coach, and better quality. Only problem now is Thor purchased Tiffin. But the Tiffin family still runs the show.

Does anyone have insights to quality improvement at the factory since the Thor mission changed over the last couple years to:
Thor Motor Coach Will Produce the Highest Quality Recreational Vehicles
NOBODY WILL BUILD THEM BETTER.

In addition, does anyone have insights into improvements made to the Aria/Venetian since the 2019 model?

Thank you all!
Anyone who believes "Thor Motor Coach Will Produce the Highest Quality Recreational Vehicles NOBODY WILL BUILD THEM BETTER" is delusional. Buying the 2015 Thor Miramar was the biggest financial mistake I ever made. Buying it from Camping World was the second biggest mistake.

Having owned a 2014 Thor Class A Diesel and a 2019 Thor Class A Diesel, the coach build quality is definitely improved.

I am glad, really, that you have an improved experience. I will never know. I was so burned on this one that another Thor is not in my future. The experience with Thor and Camping World definitely steered me in another direction. I wish you well.

Thor quality opinion

We bought a2019 45 MX Tuscany off the dealer floor and had some typical issues ( screw under cabinet scratched the floor when opening slide, A/c condensation leak inside coach, etc.). Thor fixed everything under warranties with no issues. Wehavefriends with Newmars, Dutchstars that have as many or worse issues. We are very happy with the coach and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thor has been great to deal with.

Still have the 2015 Thor POS Miramar. We are so upside down on it, it will be a while before we can break even....if ever.

Six years, 50+ trips, short and long, and 38k miles; we have had exactly 2 trips without a problem of some sort. Some minor, some MAJOR. While I'm not a usual buyer of extended warranties, we did buy one when we bought the coach. THAT was a good investment. The original warranty expired and we got another one (the price was a little steep) because with this POS I need all the help I can get.

Try looking at it this way:
After six years: you must have replaced all the breakable stuff. Things have to start getting better...

I'm interested in buying an Aria 3901. If you are still considering buying a different coach, please let me know when you are ready to sell.

Thanks,

Bryan

You may want to go over to the IRV2 forum. There is a thread about buying an Aria and most people are telling him not to do it.
