2019 Thor 29m Headlights set up

Hello there and hope all is well. I have a quick headlight question. There are a total of 4 lights on each side of my 2019 29m in the front of my RV. The top headlights are the low beam, the second from the top are high beam and the very bottom are my fog lights. All are in working order. The ones third from the top appear to be either HID or Led not sure what they are but cannot get them to come on. I am not sure what they are used for and when are they supposed to operate. Any helpful advise would be much appreciated.

Well this is what happens when you are tired from working and not thinling clearly. It's the turn signals and emergency flashers.
