Just FYI!
It's a CO (carbon monoxide) detector not CO2 (carbon dioxide).
Also there should be a date on the detector, maybe on the back, which is typically when the 7 year life span begins. How does that detector know when the rv was sold? If the rv was ever powered up or batteries installed while it sat on the dealers lot for apparently 2-3 years the detector was actively working, it's time for a replacement.
