dash controls on palazzo

The dash controls on 2014 Palazzo not working right.The vaccuum actuator that moves damper door from defrost to a/c vent to driver,not working.Does anyone know where the vaccuum actuator is located,and what fuse controls it?I have wired it to stay open for a/c vents instead of defrost which is default position with a piece of wire.

If the vacuum signal is lost, the default is defrost. Check the vacuum hoses near the control box under the bonnet. Also, if the vacuum connector has detached from the control head, the result will be the same. Check that as well.
