Freightliner Optiplex dashboard

We have a new 2022 Palazzo.....

Our new problem "now" is the dashboard has gone blank....no power!

Everything else works....brake lights, wipers, turn signals.....if I wait a few minutes for the air system to power up....I am able to drive the coach as designed...

Just without gauges and instrument cluster and the typical beeping at start up.....

Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Just a update.....

It is a Freightliner issue! Just got off the phone with their service technician and it is "possibly" "probably" part of a service bulletin that expires at the end of November...maybe something to do with the Viper Module.....

Also, side note, there were four other recalls that were needed to be performed!!
CW stated that all were completed when we picked it up....oops.....another slips through their hands......lol

Anyway, it is now a the Freightliner "Oasis" Service Center....we will see....

Freightliner has great service and technician folks.....as of my current experience!
