Looks like a hand held, air powered router used to cut access panels/holes in the siding material of cabinets/walls. etc.

That’s an air drill.

Not an air drill. That is a pneumatic die grinder.

If you didn’t know what it is, I wouldn’t suggest you use it.

Give it or sell it to someone that knows how to use it.

Looks like Thor's poor work practice is paying you a benefit. That looks a lot like this one from Harbor Freight. https://www.harborfreight.com/pneuma...der-68831.html

A lot of "mechanics" (stretch with Thor builder people) purchase their own tools, thus the name written on the tool with a sharpie...and the other name scratched into the handle. Throw it away.

You should return it back to Thor. Pay a fee for keeping their tool for so long. It is bad enough they spend endless hours to make a nice quality motor home only to have some customer who obviously DID NOT DO A THOUROUGH QUALITY PDI to find this tool after the sale; worse drives it to Montana and then to half the states in the country; but not find the time to drop it back off in Indiana The shame of it all.

Helped a buddy overhaul one of his grey drain valves on his 5th wheel, when we opened the underbelly a Dewalt 20 volt drill fell out. BONUS!

While doing the upgrade on my kitchen sink area with all off the drawers out I found a Stanley long common screw driver. I asked my wife it might be her and she said no. So it will stay in motor home for future use.

Well if you keep reading all of the found tools, you have to wonder how Thor makes
money, or at least we now know they have other cost overheads than mere parts and materials.

But my subliminal point was to shows merits (good or bad) from thourough PDIs "See and ye shall find"
