Homemade propane pressure gauge

We have had trouble with the furnace so I wanted to check the propane pressure to make sure the regulator was set correctly. An easy way to do this is make a gauge that will plug into the external quick connect propane port. Purchased a 0 to 30 inches of water gauge and a quick connect fitting from Amazon and mated the two together. Turns out our regulator was working properly. Thought others might be interested in checking the propane pressure on their coach.

Photo of homemade gauge, reading with everything off and 11.5 inches of water reading with the furnace operating.

You can buy a water column gauge on Amazon for about 15.00, I just got one to set my regulator for a propane pool heater.
