Refrigerator door shelves

2018 37rb; my refrigerator has no door shelves in it even though there are spaces for them to be there. Has anybody else's 2018 outlaw toy hauler come with door shelves in the refrigerator?

Have shelves in my 2017 29h outlaw. Dont know if it's the same refrig though.

I went looking through Youtube videos of your 2018 Outlaw; but I couldn't find any specifics shots of the refrigerator.
Perhpas you should give Thor a call, and see what they have to say about this.

Yes, your refrigerator should have shelves in it. All RV refrigerators come with shelves, regardless of what model or manufacturer you have. Probably the new guy at the factory didn't know either what they were, or how to install them. Call your delivering dealer (who should have caught this problem as well) so they can order them for you under warranty (manufacturing defect).

Dealers sometimes cannibalize RVs on the lot for parts. Then you come along and buy that unit, and if you haven't noticed the deficiency, all the better. Perhaps the missing part is on order, or maybe not.

This is why we should always use a PDI checklist. Even then we can miss things sometime.

We looked at a leftover Challenger at CW in Indianapolis last year that was stripped of several main parts. He said service department must have needed them for a repair. Electric panel missing, water pump, several trim type pieces like cup holders and such. And they showed it to us this way. The salesman told us if we wanted to buy it to sign the papers and then give them a month or so and they would get it all back together. We laughed, and told him I wouldn't wish that MH on an enemy. A lot of people on these forums like to blame Thor when parts are missing or wrong but that showed me it is probably not always there fault.
