Slideout problem

My bedroom slide works fine. The kitchen slide went almost all the way out then stopped and gave the low battery fault code even though batteries are fully charged and I am plugged into electric and now does not go in or out. Any suggestions? I cleared the error and tried working the slide but got code again.

Is this in a motorhome, travel trailer or popup tent? Some info on what type of rig this slide is in would be helpful in allowing others to assist.

Fully charged...showing good voltage, does not ensure the batteries are good. They're likely dropping off quickly under the high amperage load and need replaced. How old are they, and how are they responding to loads? Kitchen slide takes a lot more power than bedroom, as it's normally bigger and certainly heavier.

We don't have any idea what type of coach you have so here's a generic thing you can try.

While holding down the emergency start button on the dash, try the slide.

It is a 2019 27.7 Thor Axis. My batteries are only a month old and I am plugged into electric. I also tried the slide with the engine running, will not move and dont hear motor trying to move it.

Have you tried the Schwintec override procedure to get the slide to go back in?

The other thing you can try is taking the controller from the overhead bunk and swapping controllers to see if the slide will function. This will verify if the controller is good or bad.

Slide will not work with engine running. May not work if key is in ignition. Safety feature.
