Exclamation thor compass hot water control panel issue!

hi everyone, ive had my Thor Compass now for about 4 years and its been pretty much a pile of junk. My latest problem is that the control unit on the wall in the bedroom for the hot water heater wont even turn on anymore. I have had no issues at all with it, got the RV winterized back in the fall and yesterday i hooked up water, power, propane and the controller wont turn on. Any help would be appreciated. As a side note, the hot water heater has already been replaced once due to failure.

Check the switch on the heater itself. It has to be on for the controls to work.

Is there a way to reset the controller?

i dont think so, it looks like its a sealed unit? I didnt realize there was an on off switch right on the heater itself so im gonna check that and the fuse first and see if thats the problem.
