window shades

Inside window shade ,in bedroom, on vegas 24.1 pulled down but will not go back up.I removed it from the frame and was able to hand roll it up but now it will not pull down.There are two thumb wheels,a black one and a clear one, on the ends of the roller. How do these adjust the shade roller?

Not sure what you have, but many are spring loaded. You might try turning them to see if they tighten the spring.
