Winegard issue

While traveling last week we hit a rainstorm. When we parked for the night, I attempted to start up the Winegard Directv dish. After a few minutes I got a "No LNB Voltage" in the box. Assumed it was due to the rain but since returning home in dry weather, I still get the same response. Any help?

I got that same error code last year. Contacted Winegard and was informed that the cable running from the dish base to the LNB was bad. They sent me a new cable, I replaced it; no further issues. Suggest you contact Winegard for assistance
