I have disconnects on both batteries. The chassis battery as a knife switch (about the only thing I could fit/reach under the "hood") and the house battery has a marine type disconnect on it. It was far easier to simply install the disconnects than it was to try to hunt down every little parasitic load.

Thus the last time I was at the coach (Sunday) when I connected the batteries the meter on the chassis battery read 12.4V.
