Well that’s good and bad alright! If you’ve had a roof leak for 9 months it seems likely that you also will have structural damage and probably some mold as well. Make sure that whoever fixes it doesn’t just find and seal the entry point. I’m surprised Thor is taking responsibility. On my Freedom Elite water intrusion only was warranted for 3 months. Sealing is a CONSTANT maintenance item for the owner. They don’t stress this nearly enough when you buy these things and you need to get good at it. My first RV had serious damage because I didn’t know this and I had to trade it at a huge loss. I too found Thor’s customer service to be excellent to outstanding. Good luck.
