Do you mean 25.2 or 24.1 (only two Axis floorplans with a sofabed).
The 24.1 comes with a self-inflating air mattress that you lay on top of the frame that unfolds from the sofa. You can't use it without the air mattress (or get some other form of mattress but you'd be hard pressed to store it). I believe the included air mattress is just a standard coleman equivalent one. I can't go measure mine as I'm 1200 miles away from it at the moment (and at least 60 degrees warmer
).
