Weekend quick project

Table finally done, between me and DW, the smaller drink only table is much smaller and welcome. Mud dauber (wasp) screens installed all the way around, and apparently someone forgot to hook up "all" the wires to the USB charging port in the bedroom area. Maybe a little pride in your work (Thor people)? There were only 4 wires, how did you miss 1? I like the easy weekends. Sorry if pic's are sideways, I still cant figure that one out for posting.

Your USB connection problem is the exception rather than the rule. They normally hook up all the wires, but 50% of the time they hook them up backwards.

I really like the table. Did you post the parts needed to make it and where you got them? My DW has been asking me if I could make something for her. This looks perfect to me. Thanks

A couple of years ago at a show I looked at a Winnebago Intent. Didn’t want one but liked the small oval table it had up front. I ordered one for about $60 and it looked great in my Fleetwood. It was about the size of the small one in the photo but oval. I put cup holders in it and used a short “pole”.

The wood is from Home Depot or Lowe's

Base mount

Cup holders

The pole came with the RV and the larger table.
Let me know if you have any questions

Table looks great.

Redid my front and dining table several years ago using wood table top from HD and 10"x8" popular which I cut in half and biscuited together. Burned to raise grain, sanded and applied several coats of Wipe On Poly. Got S/S poker chip cups from internet for cup holders.

Caveman, that table is amazing! The Amazon links didn't work for me. Can you provide a description that I can search for?

First of all, you do great work!

My bedroom USB outlet was also not connected. All of the wiring was there-just not connected.

Thanks to many others here helping me spend my money...
I have a small list.

Underglow lights, unfortunately I ordered 2 boxes of the lights and they are totally different from each other, so waiting on another box from manufacture. Picture attached of just the rear test. I know a lot of people aren’t into these, but the white LED strip along the awning is very bright and my wife would like a softer look, so blue it is, under the RV.

Insulate the doghouse with Dynamat or similar item.

Then waiting to see if we really need airbags, this is most likely a next year project as with winter rolling around the corner and surf fishing season starting. She most likely wont go on too many more excursions.

Monitor install - another

What do you do when it's 61F on eastern shore of MD and all the leaves are done.
So... again thanks to others on the forum. I have installed a separate/auxiliary monitor for the backup camera and mirror cam's. Backup is on all the time, like a review mirror or to watch a toad once we decide what we want (must be 4x4). All wires tucked behind dash. Actually about a 45 minute install. Of course add a few extra minutes to tidy up wires behind dash. Power, ground and video hook up. Sorry if pics are sideways, they should straighten up when clicked on. Once RV specific GPS (already have) is mounted cockpit will be done and I will update picture.

I also did the extra monitor dedicated to the cameras.
Inexpensive and easy.
I highly suggest it.
Yours is nicely placed.

Today was a easy one (project)... forgive me someone posted this a while back. They get credit... I just copied the idea. Added an easier way to drain the hot water heater. Now I can drain anytime I want by turning a valve. $12 worth of parts from Home Depot.
Also a picture of her new home... son-in-law was getting a pole barn built on there farm. I said... “can you get a quote on making it a little bigger?” and I’ll cover the difference ... So here we will sit during winters in the eastern shore of MD.
Sorry pictures in below/next post.
