Level jacks vs cab/chassis seperation

Judge has a theory on causes of cap seperation. Pics of leveling jacks on super c here for him.

Looks like they are in the same place as the Omni / Magnitude. Stands to reason why the earlier Four Winds Super C's had the same fronmt cap issue.

The Dynamax Isata has them under the very front of the house where the front cap and house are connected together. Their jack are probably almost 2 feet further back for a similar chassis and having a very large front cap.

I think Thor's use of screws that are too small, too short and not enough of them and then lifting the cab more forward is putting stress on the front cap mounting point as the chassis flexes during leveling. Eventually the screws loosen and either break or fall out.

I'm sure Dynamax does a much better job attaching their front cap than Thor so as a result of their manufactiuring process and better front jack placement, you never read or hear of anyone having a front cap issue on their Super C's.
