Not good with this forum yet. Sorry for the loss of your onions. I was trying to add to the comment on the Blackstone. Best way to cook anytime.
Have a 28 inch at home and a 22 in the MH.
I will be watching that top because you and I have twins.

thx appreciate. i received a replacement from thor but waiting for cooktop review before i trust putting in.
Does another cooktop fit in the space in the vegas 25.6?

I'm sure there is but I was referring to the post from some else that talked about a Blackstone Griddle. It is an outside flat top griddle. Got hooked and rarely cook on anything else. Onions are great, bacon, burgers....on and on. Search on YouTube.

Oh I see. I looked nice. I cook 100% and prep cook inside to avoid bugs bad weather etc. Thx
