FW Tank Leak

I have a 2019 Axis 27.7. I filled my fresh water tank for the 1st time since last year. All the water leaked out under the RV. I haven't crawled under yet to investigate. Also after all of the water leaked out I noticed water on the floor from back by bed at that back window all the way to the fridge. Also pump sounded funny when I turned it on. Any thoughts?

Was the coach winterized properly? Sounds like a frozen/broken pipe.,

Well I had it winterized by an RV place so you know how that could be. who knows if they actually did it correctly.

Hopefully it’s a simple problem like they left the low point drain open. I know my low point drains and pull out of the foam so maybe that happened. They opened the drain and didn’t make sure it was seated in the hole in the floor so it drained partly in the coach.

Did you follow the de-winteriztion steps before filling the tank?

To dewinterize I just ran all of the faucets cold side first and then hot side. added some water to the toilet and dumped. Is there something else? K.

Closing drain valves, opening isolation valves, closing bypass valve, sanitizing the system.
