No 12v power when boondockin

If this was a battery charger, you can't charge a dead battery. You can connect a good battery to the dead ones to fake the charger out and make it think the batteries have power. It only needs a short time connected to work, as soon as it determines there is voltage in the dead batteries they will charge. I don't think they will ever come to full power after running completely dead, but strange things happen
