Removing the forward bench is an easy Mod. I did this to my MH by replacing the bench with folding chairs like this, purchased from CW online.
Replacing the table is also a fairly easy task (although I didn’t do it) by installing flush mounted floor receptacle(s) and a new table top. (Examples. Internet research will discover multiple options)
This will allow the table to be removed and stowed when not in use.
Note: removing the existing table will leave holes in the side wall
The most difficult part is what to do about the aft bench. The bench has seat belt structure underneath. If eliminating those seat belt positions is not a problem, this structure can be removed. However, beneath the bench there are also wires and cables routed up from below. These wires and cables are for: The CO2 detector, a 120v outlet (both mounted in the forward face of the bench seat) and coax for the outside TV.
The main reason I did not remove the aft bench was I didn’t want to mess with finding a location to relocate these items to.
Good luck in finding an acceptable solution to your issue.

That was your job
Thats what we are wrestling with as well. Thought of possibly a raised floor are, relocating the co2 and outlet on the side wall behind a false piece as well. REALLY get the dining set up as is. Takes up way too much space for the benefits it gives.

With a chair in place of the aft dinette bench, I’d be concerned about some going off backwards into the stairwell, unless you built a railing to prevent that.

I like your mods especially the 12 volt accessory panel. I am curious how did you install it and what 12 volt line did you access for power. I am thinking of using a similar setup for a small inverter to run fans or such. Is there a reasonable amount of power behind the panel? I would rather not have to run new lines to wherever I install the panel.

I located the 12v panel in the vertical side face of the cabinet just forward of the entry door. On the bottom of the same cabinet are the switches for the overhead lighting, which are 12v powered.
I popped off the switch bezels and removed the mounting screws to allow the switch’s to drop down. I then removed the vertical inner panel of the cabinet mention above. This allowed me to route wires from the 12v panel I installed to the light switch location.
I identified the “hot” wire to the light switch and spliced into that wire as well as the associated ground wire.
Reinstalled everything and was good to go.
Note: I recently started a social group for Freedom Elite/ Four Winds owners to share mods, experiences etc.

I have the same model RV as you. I have removed all the screws from the bench seat in front of the passenger seat except one screw that is hidden from view. When facing the bench it is attached somehow at the upper left corner of the bench. Any help in locating this hidden screw is helpful. Thanks

I went out and looked at the pieces of the bench I removed and the only hole that could have held a mounting screw at the location you described was not really hidden, but it was a dark colored screw in the dark paneling. I don’t remember anything being hidden.

I had never used the space under the sofa for anything other than gathering dust.
As for the heat duct, I put the grill on the end of it and pushed most of the duct back under the sink. There is plenty of air space beneath and behind the recliners to allow circulation.
I’ve though about routing the duct through the divider between the recliners but I don’t want to cut a hole for it until after the recliners go out of warranty.

Latest Mods
Two weeks ago, we embarked on a trip to White Pigeon Michigan to have the Bigfoot Platinum levelers installed on our Class C. The folks at Quadra were great. We arrived the night before and plugged into their 30amp outlet. The next day it took about 3 hours to install the Bigfoot system.
Prior to the trip, I had installed a Level Mate Pro wireless level indicating system that displays on my iPhone, whether or not the RV is level.
Between the hydraulic levelers and the Level Mate Pro display, I can now set up the RV in seconds vs several minutes the old (using blocks and/or ramps) to attain a level condition, all while sitting on my butt.
Here are a few photos.

What kind of mount did you install for your tv in the bedroom? I have the tv cable and electrical outlet to power a tv but I am concerned that the hinges on the front of the cabinet will not support a tv and I still want to use the storage available behind the cabinet. Also, what style and make did you purchase for the vent covers on top of your RV? Thanks

I bought an inexpensive mount at Walmart. The hinges on the panel are adequate but the gas springs that are supposed to hold the panel were not with the added weight of the TV.
I replaced the gas springs with these.

The vent covers are Camcorder roof vent covers.

Since there is limited clearance thru the front door, what steps did you take to remove the existing couch and bring in the recliners?

The recliners come in 2 pieces (the back is removed). The existing couch may also come apart.

The sofa can be disassembled inside the camper and removed in pieces.
The recliners come with the back removed. The base of the recliner fits through the door if you put it on its side. I was able the get both recliners inside by myself.
My model RV has a dinette bench just inside the door on the right. I lifted the recliner base up above the bench back to get it through the door.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted new Mods to our 30 FE, so here are a couple of recent ones.
There have never been enough electrical outlets for all of our toys such as phones, tablets, hotspot, laptops etc. I decided to mount a couple of power strips in the forward part of the cabin. One by the dinette and the other on the opposite side by the recliners.
Most of the devices plugged into the power strips are low current items so I’m not worried about popping any breakers.
The other mod is the installation of two security cameras. One monitors the entry door area and the other monitors the rear of the camper where I chain our ebikes up at night.
The cameras are battery powered Reolink Argus 2 models. They link into my hotspot and can be viewed remotely either live or by recordings caught by motion either day or night on our phones or tablets wherever we are.
The cameras are easily installed at the campground and removed for travel. The batteries are rechargeable and are supposed to last a week on a single charge.
We will see how well they work on our upcoming camping trip next week.
